What the fee is

OV1 Auto Group is a broker. We are paid a broker fee for sourcing and negotiating your vehicle. California Vehicle Code §11736 requires a broker to tell you the dollar amount of any fee you pay and whether the broker is also paid by the selling dealer, and to confirm both in a written brokering agreement you receive before you sign to buy or lease the car. We do.

When you see it

Your fee is disclosed in writing before you sign, and you acknowledge it in the deal-structure step, not on the credit application. If you don't agree to it, you don't sign.
